Origin : Plots of vines planted exclusively on the Gigondas Commune, in 6 differently named regions (this ensures a large regularity in each vintage)

Grape varieties: Grenache 80%, Syrah 5%, Mourvèdre 10%, Cinsault 5%.

Production process : Harvesting by hand with a strict selection process; the whole harvest ferments for 64 days (no stalk removal).

Ageing process: the wine is aged on wood for 12 months: in tuns and casks, then in smaller casks for 3 months. Bottling without filtration. This is a wine variety belonging to the collections of the HAUTES GARRIGUES and the GIGONDAS TRADITION.

Land: Quaternary red stone clay alluviums in the areas of “Hautes Garrigues”, “Carbonnieres”, “Rocassieres”, “Santa Duc”, “Pailleroudas”
- Calcarous clay soil on the land known as “Goujard et Plane”
